HOTEL SAK'CARI EL AMANECER

Thank you for choosing Sakcari Hotel, the Sunrise. Below you can find the hotel rules and procedures to follow. Please read carefully, as a hotel guest by reading and signing the contract you accept the rules and promise to abide by them.

CHECK OUT: 13:00

The departure time is at 1:00 PM after that time one more night will be charged without the right to stay. You can continue to enjoy our facilities by leaving your luggage at the reception without any problem.

PETS:

Pets are not allowed.

POOL:

The entry of drinks into the dek area is prohibited. There is an area at the bottom with tables and chairs for your consumption. The pool use hours are from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, for your safety. If you use the pool, ask for towels at the reception.

ROOM CANCELLATION:

Upon arrival you must have paid 100% of your stay, if it can be by credit card, cash or bank deposit, if you consume any of the drinks we have available at the hotel, it can be charged to your account and paid in cash at the time of check out. Your room will be checked at the time of your departure, if there is any damage it will be paid by the guest.

SMOKING POLICY:

Smoking is allowed in the designated smoking areas, it is not allowed inside the rooms.

AGE RESTRICTION:

Guests must meet the age requirement, mandated by the Constitution of the Republic of Guatemala, presenting the corresponding identification, minors must be accompanied by an adult.

EXTRA GUEST:

It is not allowed, if you do not comply, a Q.200.00 fine will be charged at the time of Check out. For safety and respect for our guests, visitors are not allowed in our establishment. The hotel facilities are exclusively for guests.

MINORS POLICY:

A child under 5 years old can sleep in the same room as her parents using the beds already available in the room. The establishment may ask for proof of age.

NO PARTIES POLICY;

Hotel Sakacri promotes a no party policy, to ensure the comfort, tranquility and protection of our guests at all times. In case of causing a disturbance or not obeying this rule, you will be given ONE warning for noise reduction, if you do not comply with the warning, you will have to leave the hotel immediately canceling the total amount of your stay and without the right to a refund .

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All reservations must be canceled with a minimum of 48 hours in advance, unless an arrangement is made. Any change in the rates or packages purchased must be requested 48 hours in advance of your arrival. Reservations that are not canceled within 48 hours will be subject to a one night charge plus tax.

Access to the hotel is pedestrian, since we are on the shore of Lake Atitlan, near the hotel you can find a variety of parking lots and restaurants
